Online Purchase and Return Policy
Thank you for visiting iPort. Our goal is to make it very easy and enjoyable to purchase our products so that you are fully satisfied with your experience. Because of this, we wanted you to be aware of a few items that will ensure this happens:
iPort products purchased from our webstore are subject to a 14 calendar day return policy from time of purchase. If a return for refund or product exchange is desired, you can submit a request for return by email at email@example.com.
If you need to return a product that is inbound to you or that you have already received, you may be responsible for shipping and handling to ship the product back. We will inspect products received back for abuse. We may need to contact you if a product has been abused to communicate your options for returning the product.
Once you submit your request for return, iPort customer service representative will contact you shortly to work with you. Please note that requests submitted after business hours will be handled the next business day. Requests submitted on a weekend will be handled the next business day. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement from the time the refund occurs.
iPort customer service, shipping and support hours are 8AM-5PM Pacific time, Monday to Friday. We have several company holidays throughout the year that may affect our normal operating hours. To view a list of holidays, click here.
Orders placed before 12PM Pacific time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM Pacific time will be shipped the next business day. Shipping times like "2-Day" or "Next Day" pertain to when a product leaves our warehouse and how long it takes to get to your desired destination. If there are any issues processing your credit card, your order may not be received in time to ship same day. We inspect all credit card transactions to ensure fraud will not occur. Our carrier is UPS, so we typically cannot ship to PO Boxes.

NOTE: When purchasing and shipping product to a country outside of the United States, you will be responsible for any applicable Taxes, VAT, and Import Duty due upon receipt of goods in your country. iPort is not responsible to pay such fees nor can we calculate these fees for you upon check out. In some cases, Duty can be up to 20% and VAT can be up to 10%, depending on what country you are shipping to.
