This is found by going to iOS settings > general > usage and tapping the iPort App from the list.
This is found at the bottom of the device dashboard screen in the iPort Connect App (After the keypad has been configured tap the "tap to configure" icon for your keypad in the device list screen to enter the device dashboard screen).
